A warm space to talk

Sometimes, you just need someone to listen

A warm, welcoming space to talk openly about what is on your mind. No judgement. No pressure. Just a genuine conversation with someone who cares.

Remote conversations are available across the UK. Face-to-face conversations may be available in London.

Portrait of Nikki

A little support can make a big difference

You do not have to carry everything alone

You may be dealing with stress, loneliness, family difficulties, work pressures, a major change, or something you simply need to say out loud.

You do not need to have the right words. You can start wherever feels comfortable

Meet Nikki

A friendly listener with real life experience

I am a mother and have spent much of my working life supporting people from many different backgrounds. I currently work as a bus-driving instructor and have previously been a bus driver, restaurant manager and clothing-shop manager.

Life has taken me through many different experiences, responsibilities and stages of change. I have also overcome cancer twice, which strengthened my belief in kindness, patience and the importance of being genuinely heard.

I do not claim to have all the answers. I am simply here to offer a calm, supportive conversation and a friendly person to talk to.
